Favorite Greenbrier Features
McIntire Park is one of the biggest recreational areas in the city of Charlottesville. The park features baseball diamonds, softball diamonds, a nine-hole golf course, nature trails, a playground, and a wading pool. With so many activities, the park is a community favorite.
The Rivanna Trail winds across the city, providing beautiful natural areas for community members to enjoy year-round. Following along Meadow Creek, the trail is a great retreat from the city bustle.
Greenbrier Park is tucked inside the heart of the community. The park features numerous walking and biking trails along Meadow Creek. A unique feature of the park is its sycamore groves and Greenbrier Marsh, believed to be one of only two natural marshes in the Piedmont region.
