The Greenbrier community is located at the northern edge of the city of Charlottesville. The neighborhood is predominately residential, providing a quiet suburban feel within the city limits. Greenbrier consists mostly of single-family dwellings, but the area is also home to Greenbrier Elementary School, Charlottesville High School, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Performing Arts Center. With quick access to the Downtown area and UVA Grounds, Greenbrier is a great choice for those who want to be close to Charlottesville’s most prominent features but prefer a more suburban feel.
