The Rugby neighborhood is located at the north-central region of the city of Charlottesville. The community is mostly residential with single-family dwellings being the primary structure type. Rugby is well-known for its classical 20th century designs and beautiful landscapes. Many homes in the area are brick colonials and estates, creating a unique Charlottesville feel in the neighborhood. With its central location and short commutes to the University Grounds, UVA Corner, and Downtown Area, Rugby is an appealing neighborhood for those who want to be close to Charlottesville’s most popular features but also enjoy a more natural landscape.
